For using the desktop holder, make sure that the
charging terminal of the handset is not dirty. If it is
dirty, clean the terminal with a dry cotton swab etc.

If a call, communication or another function is
performed for a long time while charging, the handset
may become warm and charging may stop. Charge
again after the handset temperature lowers

Is an adapter specified by NTT DOCOMO being used
for charging? Contact the number listed in
"Troubleshooting & Repairs" (in Japanese only) on
the last page or a repair counter that DOCOMO
specifies if you cannot charge the battery even when
using a specified one.
Handset operation

Becomes hot while operating/charging

The handset, battery pack or adapter may become
warm while you are operating or charging the
handset. There is no operational problem.

Battery life is short
y
Make sure the handset is not left for a long time
outside the service area. Outside the service area,
since radio waves are searched to make
communication available, more electric power than
usual is used.

The battery life depends on the usage environment
and deterioration level.

Battery pack is a consumable product. Battery life
per charge is gradually reduced every time the
battery is charged. If the battery life becomes
extremely shorter than at the time of purchase even
after fully charged, purchase a new specified battery
pack.

Unintended handset power off or restart occurs

When the terminal of battery pack is dirty, the
connection become bad and the handset may turn
off. If it is dirty, clean the terminal of the battery pack
with a dry cotton swab etc.
