L SERVO AMP ERROR
The left servo amplifier has been stopped because of an overloading error.
Temporarily cut the power, wait about 30 seconds, and turn the power on again.
If the error occurs again even after restarting the power, remove the cause of the overload. The servo amplifier may
also require replacement.
R SERVO AMP ERROR
The right servo amplifier has been stopped because of an overloading error.
Temporarily cut the power, wait about 30 seconds, and turn the power on again.

ACTUATOR LIMIT SW ERROR
The limit switch has broken down, or the limit switch’s wiring has been disconnected.
Confirm that there are no problems with the wiring to the limit switch.
If there are no problems with the wiring, replace the limit switch.
ACTUATOR L CW LIMIT OVER
The left actuator’s lower limit switch has not been properly installed or has broken down.
An error will occur when the limit switch was not turned ON.
Adjust or replace the limit switch.

The right actuator’s lower limit switch has not been properly installed or has broken down.
An error will occur when the limit switch was not turned ON.
