Normally, all are set to OFF.

DIP SW Number Table:
1: Mode Switch (Normally not needed. Set it to OFF.)
2: Mode Switch (Used for Tower and Billboard Test Mode.)
3: Mode Switch (Normally not needed. Set it to OFF.)
4: Mode Switch (Normally not needed. Set it to OFF.)
5: Cockpit 1P (Recognized as active when OFF.)
6: Cockpit 2P (Recognized as active when OFF.)
7: Cockpit 3P (Recognized as active when OFF.)
8: Cockpit 4P (Recognized as active when OFF.)
[When operating with 3 or less cockpits]
In the event that a cockpit (cabinet) cannot operate due to some sort of problem, use the tower control board to setup
operation for 3 cockpits.
DIP SW 5 through 8 correspond to cockpits 1P through 4P.
If, for example, cockpit 2P is unable to operate, turn off the power to cockpit 2P, and, if operating using the three
remaining units, set the DIP SW as shown below.
Flip the number 6 DIP SW to ON, and turn on the power to the control tower. This enables the remaining three units
to operate.
The billboard will display for the remaining 3 units.
