Press a small screwdriver into the hole next to the USB cover (see figure).
The cover can now be removed.
Caretaker profile
The "caretaker" is the first contact person if there is a technical malfunction. He or she pos-
sesses solid technical knowledge and works regularly with the coffee machine.
The following main menus are contained in the "Service Menu" [Settings] in the [Caretaker]
profile:
