Button on right side of the user panel:
Heating up
The small flame (arrow) under the date display is only displayed while the
machine is heating up. During this time, beverages cannot be dispensed
and an info window is displayed.
DECAF
To be able to dispense decaffeinated beverages (DECAF), two grinders are
needed, one of which is filled with decaffeinated beans.
The [DECAF] field can be used to select the grinder that operates with
decaffeinated beans. Afterwards, any coffee beverage can be selected and
the beverage is prepared with decaffeinated beans.
The [DECAF] field can be programmed by the service technician or care-
taker only.
Barista
The Barista field can be used to adjust the strength of the dispensed beve-
rage for one brewing. After beverage dispensing the Barista field returns to
the standard setting of "medium".
The [Barista] field can be programmed by the service technician or caretak-
er only.
Warm-up rin-
sing
The [Warm-up rinsing] field can be used to trigger rinsing manually in order
to heat the system up after a lengthy break in dispensing. This ensures the
coffee is at the ideal temperature.
The [Warm-up rinsing] field can be programmed by the service technician
or caretaker only.
Cancel
The following control fields are available in the "Profi mode cleaning" win-
dow:
•
The [Cancel] field pauses the current cleaning operation. The cleaning
process is still active, however.
•
The [Stop] field cancels "Profi mode" and starts the default wizard.
•
The [Open] field allows the service door to be unlocked during cleaning
preparations.
The "Profi mode cleaning" parameter in the "System" – "Cleaning" menu is
activated to start the cleaning in Profi mode.

Description
The button on the right-hand side of the user panel has the following func-
tions:
•
Open the service doors.
•
Open the "Service menu".
•
Exit Standby mode.
The machine is ready for operation.

Briefly press the button.
The service door opens.
►
Press the button for a little longer <6 sec.
The "Service menu" opens.

►
Briefly press the button.
The machine switches to readiness for operation.
