5) Make sure that the router bit has been securely positioned in the collet and that it
does not collide with the steel reducing plate
(15).
6) Make sure that the reducing plate
(15) has been securely positioned in the
prefabricated recess.
When selecting the router bit, observe the maximum bit diameter permissible for the
corresponding router model.
Important: the router bit size for router lift OFL2.0-AD43 has generally been restricted
to a maximum of 55 mm.

1) Initially release the lock (LOCK)
(2) by turning it counter-clockwise by
a quarter or half a turn to adjust the
height of the router.

2) Turn the height adjustment

clockwise to move the router bit out of
the plate. Turn the adjustment coun-
ter-clockwise to lower the router bit.
One complete turn corresponds to 4
mm, one line on the scale indicates ad-
justment by 0.1 mm. Consequently, fi ne
adjustment down to an accuracy of 1/10
mm is possible.

3) Once you have adjusted the desired height, secure the height fi ne adjustment lock
(2) by turning it clockwise. Once again check the dimensions after having tightened the
lock. Make sure that the router bit does not collide with the reducing ring
(7). If
necessary, carry out test milling on an off -cut.
