8. Installing the OFL1.0, OFL2.0, OFL2.0-MINI, and OFL2.0-AD43 on the router
table
8.1 Preparations of your individual router table
(Skip this step for sauter FT router table)
Create the cut-out in your router table as per the enclosed drawing (see rear cover
page). Make sure the step is at minimum 9 mm and at maximum 9.5 mm deep to be
able to align the router lift fl ush with your table. The bores of the attachment screws
(3) can be drilled on your router table while the router lift is inserted. For this pur-
pose, there is the optional accessory Installation kit with item no. SA-99600005 (see
“Accessories”).

When assembling the router table make sure it is stable and you have installed the saf-
ety equipment required for operation. We recommend compliance with DIN EN 60745-2.
8.2 Inserting the OFL router lift into the router table
Now insert the assembled router lift into the router table recess by initially and care-
fully inserting the mains cable and then the router lift including router/motor into the
opening. It may potentially be necessary to tilt and/or turn the router through the
recess.
Make sure not to jam the mains cable of your router.
