8.3 Levelling the OFL router lift in the router table
Tighten the attachment screws in the corners once the router lift has been positioned
in the router table recess. If there is minimal unevenness, you can align the router lift
fl ush using the levelling screws
(4). For this purpose, use a straight edge to check
that the router lift and worktop are even. Undo the attachment screws and correct the
position using the levelling screws
(4). Then screw the router lift to your worktop
at the attachment bores (3) and
once again check the alignment of your router lift.
8.4 Levelling the reducing plates in the router table with OFL2.0,
OFL2.0-MINI, OFL2.0-AD43
(Skip this step for sauter OFL1.0)
If necessary use separately available levelling platelets (see “Accessories”) with a thick-
ness of 0.1 mm to also correct the evenness of the magnetic reducing plates
(15) within the insert plate to prevent most of all smaller workpieces from jamming.
9. Installing the shield
The enclosed shield must be attached under the front end of the tabletop of your indi-
vidual router table to prevent operators from unintentionally reaching into the router
lift during the routing process. It must be screwed and secured to the tabletop from
the bottom using screws.
