Masterpro Balances with the Small Single-Casting Block System or Brass System
– Disconnect the balance from AC power.
– Open the weighing cell (see page 27).
– Disconnect the cables to the data output port (A) and the power supply.
– Remove both spacers (C) and carefully pull the PCB out of the base pan.
– Disconnect the cables to the weight application mechanism (D) and the
weighing system (E).
– Follow these steps in reverse order to install the new PCB.
– Close the weighing cell (see page 27).
– The balance must now be programmed (if the PCB installed is not pre-pro-
grammed).
– After programming the balance, check the linearity and span.

Balances with the Large Single-Casting Block System
– Disconnect the balance from AC power.
– Remove weighing pan.
– Open weighing cell (see page 27).
– Remove the fastening screws (G) and take out the data output port.
– Carefully turn the balance over.
– Remove the 6 screws (F) from the cover plate.
– Remove the 4 screws (H) from the main PCB.
