BYPASS VALVE

This valve allows the operator to quickly reduce water temperature by bypassing hot water to the waste tank.
Turning the valve counterclockwise opens the valve for cooling. Turning clockwise closes the valve.

OUTLET PRESSURE REGULATOR

The pressure regulator sets the pressure of the solution system. This spring loaded valve can be adjusted up or
down. The pressure is increased by turning the valve clockwise, or reduced by turning the valve
counterclockwise. This valve must be maintained in accordance with the maintenance table in this manual.

VACUUM INLET HOSE PORTS

The vacuum inlets are where you connect your vacuum hoses. The Apex 570 has one 2 inch and one 2-1/2 inch
ports. Always cap unused ports to maintain proper vacuum levels.
