1. Will I know if I’m receiving an incoming call while I’m viewing or
listening to a clip?
No. Incoming calls will roll into voicemail while you are playing a
clip. If the caller leaves a voicemail, the voicemail icon will appear
on the screen.
2. Can I access Video Clips wherever I am, as long as I have my phone?
As long as you are on the home network, you will have access to
the audio and video clips.

Multimedia Service does not work where service is unavailable.
3. Are the videos that I’m viewing “live” videos?
No. This service provides videos on demand. The video and audio
clips are refreshed throughout the day, but they are not “live.”
4. What does it mean when the video pauses and I see the word
“loading” at the bottom of the screen?
This happens when the media player is in the process of loading
the data necessary to play the clip. It typically occurs when there is
heavy traffic on the network.
5. If I place my stereo headphones on and insert them into the phone’s
headset jack, can I close the flip while I am playing an audio (or video)
clip without interrupting the clip?
Yes. When you insert your stereo headset into the phone’s headset
jack, the phone automatically goes into “headset mode,” allowing
you to close the flip and continue playing the clip (likewise,
closing the flip during a phone call, will not end the call when in
“headset mode”).
