8.9 Er.12: Frequency Error
Detection
condition:
An error has occurred in the control power supply frequency.
When
detected:
The output continues.
Clearing
method:
This error is cleared when the control power supply frequency returns to the
range in the unit
’
s specifications.
8.10 Er.13: Heater Disconnection
Detection
condition:
The optional heater disconnection detection function detected a heater
disconnection.
For details, see “11.2.4 Heater disconnection detection function.”
When
detected:
The output continues.
※ Note that the load voltage may increase, putting a burden on the heaters
if the unit is operated with constant current control or constant power
control.
Clearing
method:
Stop the power supply and replace the disconnected heater.
Just stopping operation is not sufficient to clear this error.
You can temporarily clear it by setting [F401: Heater disconnection detection
function].
