History
With the History menu, you can:
•
view recent calls, grouped by day, that you missed, received, or dialed
Note:
You can also access the most recent numbers in the three types of call
records by pressing the
key while in Idle mode.
Viewing Your Recent Calls
To view an entry in your recent calls:
1.
Press
for
Menu
.
2.
Press
for
History
.
3.
Highlight an entry and press
to display the time and date of the call.
4.
To call a number, highlight the entry and press
.
Note:
You cannot make calls from Recent Calls to entries identified as
Unknown or Restricted.
Recent Calls Options
When an entry is highlighted, press the left soft key
for
Send Msg
to send a
message to the person. See "Messaging" on page 32. Press the right soft key
for
Options
to select one of the following options for this entry. Depending on the
Recent Calls category, not all options may be available:
•
Delete
: removes the number from your Call History.
•
Delete All
: removes all the entries from your Recent Calls.
•
Prepend
:
adds a dialing prefix to the phone number prior to calling.
•
Contact Details
: displays Contact information. (Appears only if this number
is already stored as a Contact.)
•
Save Contact
: saves the number to your Contacts as a
New Entry
or
Existing Entry
. See "Contacts" on page 27. You cannot save phone numbers
already in your Internal Contacts or from calls identified as Unknown ID or
Restricted. (Appears only if this number is not already stored as a Contact.)
