Printing the E-mail Address Book

Press E-mail . The e-mail idle screen displays “From” or “My
Login Name” on the top line according to the authentication
setting your system administrator made through the e-mail
setup. For details, see “Setting Authorized Users” on page
7.3.

Press
Menu
until “E-Mail Features” appears.

Press the scroll buttons until “Print Address Book” displays
on the bottom line and then press
Enter .

Press the scroll buttons until “Individual Address”, “Group
Address” or “All” displays on the bottom line. Choose an
option and then press Enter .
The selected address list is printed. If “All” is selected both
the reports are printed one after the other.
Clearing the E-mail Address Book

Press Menu until “Sys. Admin Tools” displays on the top
line.

Press the scroll buttons until “Clear Memory” displays and
then press
Enter .

Press the scroll buttons until “Email Address Book” displays
on the bottom line and then press
Enter .
Note that there is not a confirming message. The Local
Address Book and all the Group Mail entries that are
configured will be cleared immediately.
