Editing a Group Number
You can delete a specific one-touch or speed dial number from
a selected group or add a new number to the selected group.

Repeat steps 1 through 3 on page 4.7.

Press the scroll buttons until “Edit” displays on the bottom
line and then press
Enter
.

Press the scroll buttons to scroll through the group entries.

Enter
when you find the group you want to edit.

Press the scroll buttons to scroll through a specific speed
dial number from the group and then press
Enter
. The
display shows “Delete?” or “Add?” then press
Enter
.

Repeat steps 2 and 5 until you complete the changes.

Press
Upper Level
when you finish editing. If there is a
name assigned to the group, the name appears in the upper
line of the display.

Change the name if necessary, and press
Enter
.

The machine returns to Standby mode
Printing Phone Book List
The Phone Book list shows all of the numbers currently stored in
the machine’s memory as one-touch dial, speed dial and group
dial numbers.

Make sure that the machine is in the fax idle mode. If
necessary, press
Fax
to enter the fax idle mode.

Press
Phonebook
until “Print” displays on the bottom line
and then press
Enter
.
The Phone Book list will be printed.
