Replace the main board.
Check CN23 of the main board.
Is the conector inserted
right ways?
Fuser Error eliminated?

Thermostat is open due to the heat etc.
-> Replace the thermostat
Measure the resistance at the both ends
of AC(Con no.2 of the SMPS board)
Line with covers open
