Open Block Table
Dial
DESCRIPTION:
The OfficeServ 7100 automated attendant is programmed with a series of
programming object called blocks. The Dial block is used to dial a number and
then either release the call or branch to another programming block. The most
common use for the Dial block is to transfer callers to an external destination,
such as a cell phone or an 800 number. However, the Dial block can also be
used in more advanced applications such as delayed paging or enabling DISA
functionality.
