ALARM REMINDER
DESCRIPTION:
Allows the system administrator or technician to set or change the alarm
clock/appointment reminder feature for any digital station, MMC 112 must be used
for analog stations. Three alarms may be set for each station and each alarm may
be defined as a one-time or TODAY alarm or as a DAILY alarm, as described below.
The TODAY alarm is automatically cancelled after it rings, while the DAILY alarm
rings every day at the same time. It is also possible to set a message to display
when the alarm is sounded.

Messages are written using the keypad. Each press of a key will select a character.
Pressing the dial pad key will move the cursor to the next position. For example, if
the directory name is “SAM SMITH” press the number “7” three times to get the
letter “S”. Now press the number “2” once to get the letter “A”. Continue selecting
characters from the table below to complete message. Pressing the “A” key will
change the letter from upper case to lower case.
