“New Text ”, “New Page” or “New BrowserMsg” ). The message
indicator is displayed and remains on the screen until you listen to the
new voicemail message, read the new Browser message, text message
or numeric page.
Receiving a message while on a call
If you receive a new text message or numeric page while on a voice
call, the Call Waiting tone sounds and a message header displays. You
can easily review the new message while on the call by just pressing
[OK/Message]. Your call is not disconnected, and you can ask the other party
to wait while you review the message.
Reviewing voicemails, numeric pages, and text messages
When a message arrives, you can directly dial the sender’s
call back number, if available, by pressing [SEND], or you can review the
message by pressing [OK/Message]. The Inbox Messages list provides options for
reviewing the sender’s name, phone number, time / date stamp and the message.
To review a stored (or old) voice mail notification or text message (including
numeric page from standby mode:

Press [OK/Message] to display the Mail Kit menu. The number of new
(unreviewed) or sent messages displays next to the associated message type in the menu.

Press [2 ABC] for Voice. The date / time stamp for the last voice mail received
displays along with a notification of the number of new voicemail messages.
You can press [SEND] to dial your mailbox directly to review voicemails.

Or, press [3 DEF] for Text Inbox. A list of messages displays.
- An exclamation point next to an entry number indicates an urgent message.
A check mark next to an entry number indicates that the message has already
been read.
- Scroll to the message you wish to review and press [OK/Message].
- While reviewing the message, you can press the navigation key up and down
to scroll through the time / date stamp, sender’s call back number, origination
number / e-mail address, and message body. But if you wait, the phone automatically
scrolls through the display.
- To review other messages, press the navigation key left or right to move to the
next or previous message received.
4.
Press [C] to return to the previous screen.
Note:
While reviewing a message, you can press [MENU] for more options. See
“ Message options” on page 140.
Message options
When reviewing Text Inbox, the Messages menu provides a number
of options. You can return a call or text message to the phone number
or the e-mail address in the message, and forward the message to another party..

While reviewing a message, press [SEND] to dial the Call Back number.
2. Or, scroll through the menu with the navigation key. Press [MENU] for Options.
The following options are available:
- Reply
- Forward
- Delete
- Save Address
- Save Call Back #
