Resetting the printer
While printing, you can cancel processing print job and reset the printer.
To clear all data from the printer’s memory except permanent fonts and
macros, and then restore the user default settings, follow the procedures
below.
1. Press the button on the control panel to turn the printer off-line with
the READY light off.
2. Press the button and hold down for about 4 seconds.
3. When all the lights are blinking, release the button.
The ERROR lights blinks.
Printing stops. The machine clears all the data transmitted from the
computer, restores the default setting, then goes on-line.
