METHOD
Wipe chicken with kitchen paper. Cut two or three
deep slashes in the flesh of each drumstick. Apply
lemon juice and salt. Keep aside. Mix the hung curd,
ginger and garlic pastes, coriander, turmeric powder,
pepper and chopped green chillies. Marinate chicken
drumsticks in the above mixture. Refrigerate for 1-2
hours. Preheat GRILL for 3 minutes. Microwave
chicken on 300W+GRILL for 15 minutes. Allow to
stand for 3 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with
chaat masala and lemon wedges. Serve hot.
