METHOD
Wash drumsticks well and prick them to allow the
marinade to seep through. Add all the ingredients
(except melted butter) and grind to a smooth paste
in a blender. Marinate the drumsticks with the
ground paste. Keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Preheat the crusty plate using the CRISP mode for 3
minutes with the turntable rotating. To GRILL the
drumsticks, remove them from the marinade and
place them on the crusty plate. Set the timer at 3
minutes, then turning the sides of
the drumsticks set the timer for
another 3 minutes. Turn the sides of
the drumsticks once again to
ensure even cooking and browning
and set the timer for another 3
minutes. Baste the drumsticks with
the melted butter and serve hot
along with Mint and Coriander
Chutney and onion roundels.
