Mailbox
Opening the Address Book
You can open Address Book in variety of ways from the Mailbox window
and the message form when you send e-mail or fax.
To open the address book:
• In the Mailbox window, click the button on the toolbar or click the
Tools
menu then select
Address Book...
.
• In the message form which opens when you write an e-mail message,
click the button on the toolbar, or click the
Tools
menu and then
select
Address Book...
.
• In a New Message form which opens when you write a new message,
click the
To
,
Cc
, or
Bcc
button.
Note:
In a New Message window, you can select your contact from
Address book. However, you cannot access all the Address book
functionality in this mode. Use other call to Address book if you
want full functionality.
