Notes on safe operation
Daily operation

The appliance is for commercial use and may only be operated

by trained personnel,

with the drip tray inserted,

if the appliance is supervised,

for the purpose designated in the instruction manual.

The appliance may only be operated outdoors if in a covered area and with sufficient protec-
tion against the wind. Protect the appliance and the connection cable against moisture.

Do not use the appliance as a storage or work surface.
D
Cook packed goods in heat resistant bags and containers only.
D
Do not store sensitive foods in the cooking compartment for lengthy periods in the tempera-
ture range from 10

C. Bacteria can multiply very rapidly at temperatures within this
range.

Take note of the information on cleaning.

The user is solely responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the intended use.

If you cannot rectify malfunctions using the information on page 62 section 9. ”Malfunctions
and their remedy”, switch off the appliance and contact the authorized customer service.
Risk of injury
D
Caution, the outside of the appliance, containers and racks become hot during operation.
D
Risk of burns. Take care when opening the cooking compartment door, hot air and steam
may escape. You should therefore open the door slowly and carefully. Wear waterproof and
heat-resistant protective gloves.

Risk of scalding. Caution when removing containers in which liquids have been cooked.
The operating personnel must be able to look into the vessels.

Crush hazard. Do not grip between the cooking compartment door and the cooking compart-
ment when closing the cooking compartment door. Do not reach into the locking mechanism
when locking the door.

The water softener lid must not be removed while the appliance is in use.
