5. The CPA will automatically select the stimulation
, return

measurement
and reference
electrodes for you.
•
You may steer the current between stimulation electrodes (see Section 7.3).
•
You can also manually change the electrode configuration (see Section 8.3), e.g. if
you want to move electrodes or add additional stimulation or return electrodes.
6. All settings are set to default values for new programs (see Figure 6.11). To set standard
stimulation parameters when reprogramming existing programs, touch
Set Defaults
icons. Otherwise, you can adjust the individual stimulation parameters in order to adjust
paresthesia coverage (e.g. Pulse Width) and/or different sensation (e.g. Stimulation
Frequency) in the stimulation settings menu (see Section 8.1) and settings menu (see
Section 8.6), or adjust measurement parameters in the ECAP measurement and
feedback settings menu (see Section 8.2).
7. Restart stimulation with the new stimulation configuration.
Note:
You cannot change the stimulation or return electrodes while stimulation is
running.
