Ask the patient to remain still for the duration of the test, then increase the current until
the patient reports that the stimulation is at the maximum level (M; can tolerate for
approximately 1 minute). Then reduce the current until the patient reports it has
returned to a comfortable level (C+).

patient’s settings.

Lead offset measurement
Collect data to automatically estimate the vertical alignment of the implanted leads. The lead
offset measurement will report the vertical distance in electrode spacings and millimeters that
the electrode leads are mismatched.
