Warnings for use and maintenance
There are mainly mechanical, thermal and electrical hazards on the
machine. Wherever possible, the risks have been neutralised:
•
Directly by adopting suitable design solutions
•
Indirectly by adopting protections and safety devices.
•
By signalling any abnormal situations on the display on the door or
instrument panel
•
During maintenance, however, certain risks remain that cannot be
eliminated and must be neutralised by adopting specific behaviour and
precautions.
•
Carrying out checks, cleaning, repair or maintenance operations on moving
parts is prohibited. Operators must be informed of this prohibition by means
of clearly visible notices.
•
In order to guarantee the efficiency and correct operation of the machine, it
is essential to carry out periodic maintenance following the instructions
given in this manual.
•
It is advisable to periodically check the correct operation of the safety
devices and the insulation of the electrical cables. We recommend
replacing them if they are damaged.
•
Extraordinary maintenance operations on the machine must only be carried
out by specialised personnel equipped with all suitable personal protective
devices, equipment, tools and aids.
•
Removing and/or operating the machine after removing, modifying or
tampering with guards, protections or safety devices is always prohibited.
