10 - VENDING MACHINE
SCRAPPING
Waste disposal arising from the vending machine scrapping, will
have to be performed in compliance with the environment, avoid-
ing to pollute ground, water and air.
In any case you will have to comply with local relevant provisions
in force. Make unusable the vending machine pulling the cable
from the socket (ref.
35
, fig. 1). Deliver the unserviceable vending
machine to a proper collection centre.
11 - VARIATIONS
OF INSTANT
D.A. 8P VERSION
The “D.A. 8P instant” vending machine allows to dispense bever-
ages using only soluble powders contained in the four containers
(see 8.2 First start-up of the vending machine - Container supply).
11.1
Variations of equipment
The INSTANT equipment differs from the STANDARD one for lack-
ing of:

coffee beans container (ref.

Instead of a coffee unit, a container has been installed (ref.

Variations of operations
Soluble coffee (not decaffeinated) has to be poured into container
4 (Fig. 18).
Important
Soluble decaffeinated coffee has to be necessarily poured
into container 3 (Fig. 18).
Dispensing arm

Open front door.

Unhook elastic stop (ref.

Slide from the arm the dispensing pipes complete with spout

Lift tab (ref.

Drip tray
To access drip tray (ref.

, fig. 1) you need:

Open front door.
-
Remove directly the tray.

Clean it and replace it.
Dispenser internal slot
-
Open front door.
-
Remove removable elements (drawers, trays, etc.).
-
Clean internally the vending machine with a dry rag or with a
vacuum cleaner.
9.3
Replacement of mixer fan
-
Slide elements that form the mixer (see “9.2 Cleaning and
maintenance - Mixer and dispenser” )

Remove the old fan (ref.

, fig. 37), pulling it vigorously.
-
Insert the new fan in the provided shank (ref.
B
, fig. 37).
-
Press in an axial direction until the fan reaches the limit stop.
Important
The manufacturer declines any responsibility for possible mal-
functioning caused by a wrong or poor maintenance.
