MEDIA – Thermal binding systems work best with standard
uncoated sheets, copy paper 75 or 80 GSM. Uncoated sheets have
the best absorption characteristics and create the strongest bind.
Thermal binding is not recommended when using high-gloss, coated
sheets, thin paper stocks, cover weight or laminated material as
your document pages. If coated sheets are used, we recommend
using the Rhin-O-Tuff® Flat Clinch Stapler* to secure the pages
before binding.

cover into the throat of the ONYX 5000 Pro.
Never try to disassemble the machine or perform any maintenance on
the machine without first contacting an authorized Rhin-O-Tuff®
Dealer.
Turn off the machine and unplug unit from the wall when not in use.
Do not use the unit around any water or liquid that may spill.
Warning Hot Surface – Do Not Touch.
Do not touch the heat plate directly while the unit is operating or
cooling down.
