Connecting 12-volt
Trigger Outputs to
External Equipment
DHD Controller:
Connect retractable screens, screen masks or other 12-volt
trigger-activated equipment to the 12-volt trigger outputs on the DHD Controller; see
Figure 3-14.

Projector:
If your LS-10 is equipped with an anamorphic lens, connect the lens transport
to the
TRIGGER 1
output on the LS-10; see Figure 3-15.
The DHD Controller automatically activates this trigger whenever the Cinema or Virtual
Cinema aspect ration is chosen.

You can also use a 12-volt trigger output on the DHD Controller to
control the lens transport; however, you must manually configure it
for this purpose. Refer to
Configure Lens Motor Trigger on
DHD Controller (Optional)
on page 45 for more information.
