Replace guide pins when worn-out or damaged.

Loosen stop screws

Loosen the two M6
socket head cap screws
securing the guide pins.

Mount puller housing

Enter the puller housing
of the Guide pin puller
(VA0178.004) over the
guide pin.

Mount puller screw

Enter the puller screw
through the puller
housing and guide pin.
Fasten to the tool
changer by screwing
clockwise with a 16 mm
spanner.

NOTE!

Tightening
