YOUR CREAM SPILLS AND SPREADS IN THE APPLIANCE:
• Check that the capsules have been inserted correctly in their cases.
• Check that the capsule tip has not been folded on insertion. Replace your capsules, ensuring that the tip does not
fold on insertion.
• Check that you have not pressed the flexible parts of the dispenser when removing it from the appliance. Pull the
dispenser by holding onto the rigid upper part.
• Make sure you have properly put the two capsules in the dispenser before starting the mixing cycle.
THERE IS NO CREAM WHEN PRESSING THE DISPENSER
• Check that the capsules have been properly inserted, and that the cream has not spilled inside the appliance. Ensure
that the capsules are placed properly.
• Check that the capsule end has not been folded on insertion. Replace your capsules, ensuring that the tip does not
fold on insertion.
• Check that you have not pressed the flexible parts of the holder when removing it from the appliance. Pull the holder
by holding onto the rigid upper part.
• Make sure you have properly put the two capsules in the dispenser before starting the kneading cycle.
THE KNEADING CYCLE DOES NOT START.
• The ON/OFF button is lit: this is normal, just press the button again to start the cycle
• Check that the product has enough battery to start the cycle. Your product is designed with a safety feature, meaning
that the cycle will not start if there is not enough battery to finish it: recharge the battery of your product (see
“precautions for use” section for further details).
• The ON/Off button is flashing: Check that the dispenser has been properly inserted into its case. The product emits a
sound signal when the dispenser is correctly inserted.
• Check that your capsules have been inserted the right way round into the dispenser. Look at the insertion direction
indicated by the arrow printed on the capsule.
• If, the dispenser is still not detected, contact your nearest after-sales service
YOU FIND SOME TREATMENT UNDER YOUR APPLIANCE.
• Do not place the dispenser into the product with used capsules. The capsules are single use.
• For all other cases, refer to the two first paragraphs of this section.
THE DISPENSER DOES NOT GO INSIDE ITS CASE.
• Check that you have properly removed the transport block from the dispenser upon first use.
• Ensure that the dispenser has been correctly closed before insertion
• Check that your capsules have been inserted the right way round into dispenser. Look at the insertion direction
indicated by the arrow printed on the capsule..
YOU CANNOT REMOVE THE DISPENSER AT THE END OF THE CYCLE.
• Contact your nearest after-sales service.
ONE OF THE CAPSULES REMAINS IN THE DISPENSER WHEN REMOVING IT.
• Remove the remaining capsule using a suitable tool. Refer to the above section on the removal of capsules.
YOUR PRODUCT IS IN SAFE MODE (REPETITIVE AUDIBLE SIGNAL AND RAPID FLASHING OF THE BASE).
• In case your appliance is in safety mode, apply the reset process: hold down the two buttons H and I for 5 seconds. If
the problem persists, contact an Authorised Service Centre.
• If your appliance goes into safety mode, do not use the capsules and the cosmetic in the dispenser: use new capsules
if you restart a new cycle.
WHEN INSERTING THE DISPENSER, THE “PADLOCK” BUTTON LIGHTS UP, AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO START A CYCLE:
• You cannot perform a cycle shortly after a first one. Wait for the “padlock” button to go off to restart a cycle.

Your appliance is designed to work for many years. But when you decide
to replace it, don’t forget to think about how you can help to protect the
environment by allowing it to be reused, recycled or recovered in some other
way. This will prevent any harmful impact on the environment or on human
health due to the uncontrolled disposal of waste that can contain dangerous
substances. This label indicates that this product must not be disposed of with
household waste. Take it to a collection point, to the distributor when buying
a new equivalent product, or an approved service centre for processing.
Before disposing of the appliance, remove the battery and dispose of it in
accordance with the regulations and local arrangements.

1. Remove your capsules by gently pulling capsule 2 out of the dispenser.
There’s no need to open the dispenser to do this.
2. Keep your capsules in your recycling bin.
3. Once your bin is full, recycle your capsules. You can find more information
on the official Duolab website for your region.
