Basket is deformatied by a heavy
shock / bad cleaning
Change the basket by a new
basket / soak basket in water daily
Bad discharge of pulp by direr
material or soft fruits / vegetable
Machine need more cleaning
Increase rotational speed from
~5´000rpm to ~5´500rpm

Wrong assembly of the basket:
A new basket (made for a 6mm
pin) is mounted on an old machine
with a small pin (5mm) or vice
versa, with an old basket (5mm)
on a new shaft (6mm)
Replace basket or shaft by a new
one (6mm)
Missing o-ring between the motor
housing and the collecting bowl
Glue a new O-ring seal at the top
of the motor housing
In the motor housing the ball bea-
rings got loose or dirty
Change the ball bearings and the
seal ring
After repair the motor was not
correctly aligned
Align the motor

The clutch is swinging or has to
much of clearance
Change the star of the clutch
A new motor with a lock washer
at the motor shaft (blender motor)
was mounted (repair in past!)
Remove the lock washer at the
motor shaft
The iron bolt in the solenoid on

speed sensor magnet on the
motor shaft
Adjust position of the board or
change the elektronik board
