6.2 Operation via mobile application

This cooker hood can also be remotely controlled via a mobile 
device. Is the Novy application on your mobile device installed, 
then you can connect it to the cooker hood. When the cooker 
hood is not connected to the mobile device itself, the cooker 
hood can be operated in the normal way using the remote 
control of the cooker hood itself.

Set up

To use the Novy application for your cooker hood and appliance 
installation you will need the following:
–  The cooker hood must be connected to the mains power 

supply and to be turned on. 

–  A smartphone or tablet with a current version of iOS or 

Android operating system. 

–  Download the Novy application through your favourite app 

store. Your cooker hood and mobile device should be within 
range of each other

The application will guide you through the entire procedure. 
Follow the clues in the application.

6.3 User modes

This device can be used in the exhaust or recirculation mode 
(standard setting upon delivery)

6.3.1 Exhaust mode

The air sucked in is first cleaned by the grease filters before 
being removed to the outside. This can be achieved by making 
use of a series of channels connected between the device and 
a wall exhaust cover.
To set the device in exhaust mode, press and hold the key 
combination 

+

 and 

 and 

 for 3 seconds when the 

extraction tower is closed.
The led next to the Cleaning indication for recirculation filter will 
blink 3x.

6.3.2 Recirculation mode

The air sucked in is first cleaned by the grease filters. The scents 
are then removed in the recirculation filter before re-entering the 
kitchen. 
To set the device in recirculation mode (default setting), press 
and hold the key combination

 for 3 seconds 

when the extraction tower is closed.
The led next to the Cleaning indication for recirculation filter will 
be on for 3 seconds.

6.4  Controlling the extraction tower

WARNING: When the extraction is activated, the 

extraction tower automatically rises to the desired 
height at the rear of the induction hob. Therefore, 
ensure nothing can hinder its movement.

Other positions of the extraction tower: 

The extraction tower 

can be set in 3 different standard positions: 10, 20 and 30 cm 
via the 

 and 

 buttons.

If you wish to choose an intermediate height yourself, you can 
stop the suction tower at any position while the extraction tower 
is moving.
Press the 

 button if the extraction tower moves upwards, 

or 

 if it moves downwards.

AUTO function:

 Preset function where the extraction tower 

immediately comes into position at the most common cooking 
height of 20 cm. The extraction mode 5 (3rd led) is automatically 
set.

Run-out function:

 This function starts at the end of cooking. 

For a fixed time, the remaining cooking vapours will be extracted 
from the kitchen by the extraction tower at low extraction mode 
and at a height of 10 cm. When recirculation is selected, the 
recirculation filters are also dried. 
The run-out time is set to 30 minutes by default in the recirculation

5.2 Styrning via mobilapplikation
Denna köksfläkt kan också fjärrstyras via en mobil enhet. 

Är Novy-appen installerad på din mobila enhet kan du 

ansluta den till en köksfläkt. När köksfläkten inte är 

ansluten till den mobila enheten kan den användas på 

normalt sätt med fjärrkontrollen på själva köksfläkten.

Uppstart

För att använda Novy-appen för din köksfläkt och 

apparatinstallation behöver du följande:

Köksfläkten måste vara anslutad till elnätet och 

måste vara påslagen.
En smartphone eller surfplatta med en aktuell versi-

on av operativsystemet iOS eller Android
Hämta Novy-appen via din favoritbutik. Din köks-

fläkt och mobila enhet ska vara inom räckhåll för 

varandra.

Appen guidar dig genom hela processen. Följ 

instruktionerna i appen.

5.3 Användarlägen

Enheten kan användas i avgas- eller recirkulati-

onsläge (standardinställningar)

5.3.1 Extraktionsläge

Den insugna luften rengörs först av fettfiltret innan den 

tas bort till utsidan. Detta uppnås genom att använda en 

serie kanaler som är anslutna mellan anordningen och 

väggens avgaslock.
För att ställa in enheten i avgasläge, tryck och håll ned 

tangentarna    och       och        i 3 sekunder när utsug-

stornet stängdes.

Lysdioden bredvid rengöringsindikationen för återcirkula-

tionsfiltret blinkar 3X

6.3.2 Återcirkulationsläge

Den insugna luften rengörs först med fettfiltret. Dofterna 

avlägsnas sedan i recirkulationsfiltret innan de åter går in 

i köket.

Lysdioden bredvid rengöringsindikationen för återcirkula-

tionsfiltret lyser i 3 sekund.

För att ställa in enheten i recirculationsläg, tryck och håll 

nede tangentorna                  och     och        i 3 sekunder 

när utsugstornet stängdes.

INFO: Tillhandahåll tillräcklig ventilation i köket för 
optimal effektivitet i återcirkulationssystemet.

5.4 Styrning extraktionstornet

VARNING: När utsuget aktiveras stiger utsugstornet 

automatiskt till önskad höjd på induktionshällens 

baksida. Därför måste du se till att inget kan hindra 
dess rörelse.

AUTO-funktion: Förinställd funktion där utsugstornet 

omedelbart kommer på plats vid den vanligaste höjden 

på 20 cm. Extraktionsläge 5 (3: e lysdiod) ställs in auto-

matiskt.
Körningsfunktion: Denna funktion startar vid slutet av 

tillagningen. Under en viss tid extraheras de återstående 

ångångorna från köket av utsugstornet i lågt utsugsläge 

och i en höjd av 10 cm. När recirkulation väljs torkas 

också recirkulationsfiltret. Utgångstiden är som standard 

inställd på 30 minuter vid återcirkulation modus

Andra positioner för fläkttårnet: Extraktionstornet kan place-

ras i 3 olika standardpositioner: 10, 20 och 30 cm. via knapp       

och.

Om du själv vill välja en mellanhöjd kan du stoppa sugtornet 

i valfri position medan utsugstornet rör sig.
