Before installing, the support structure must be tested for adequate stability.
The structure must be rigid and self-supporting. The system is not designed
to withstand forces from the support structure or to reinforce the support
structure. The installer must check that the installation material is appropriate
and adjust it to the support structure. It is essential that the instructions of
the fastening material (screws, dowels, etc.) manufacturer be observed here.
If they are not observed, there is an increased risk of lethal or severe injury
(danger of falling). The same also applies if installation instructions concerning
the wind resistance class of elements are not observed.
In addition, the mounting substructure needs to be even, level and parallel.
If this is not the case, the appropriate compensatory measures need to be
taken.
ROMA may not be held liable for any defects resulting from improper
installation, inappropriate fastening materials or a support structure that is
not sufficiently stable.
If ladders, scaffolding or anything similar is required, they must be safely
positioned. If there is a danger of falling, appropriate safety measures must
be taken.
The elements we deliver are construction products. Despite the highest
precautionary measures, there may be sharp edges or something similar,
which may result in minor injuries when handling and installing the elements.
Please use protective gloves for your own safety.
