This command sets the duty cycle to a percent value for the correction of pulsemodulated signals. With
the correction activated (SENS:PMET:DCYC:STAT ON), the sensor calculates the signal pulse power
from this value and the mean power. Valid entries are from 0.001% to 99.999%; the stepsize is 0.1%; the
maximum resolution for numerial entries is 0.001%. The default setting is 99.999%
