Remote Control – Description of the Status Registers
STATus:OPERation Register
In the CONDition part, this register contains information on which actions the instrument is being executing
or, in the EVENt part, information on which actions the instrument has executed since the last reading. It
can be read using commands
"STATus:OPERation:CONDition?
" or
"STATus:OPERation[:EVENt]?"
.

CALibrating
This bit is set as long as the instrument is performing a calibration.

SWEeping
This bit is set while the instrument performs a sweep.
It is supported in analyzer mode only (Full Screen, frequency domain and time domain).

MEASuring
This bit is set while the instrument performs a measurement.
It is supported in analyzer mode only (Full Screen, frequency domain and time domain).

HardCOPy in progress
This bit is set while the instrument is printing a hardcopy.

Sweep Break
This bit is set when end of sweep range is reached (spurious measurement, mode analyzer).
Command “INIT:CONM” has to be used to proceed.
