Preventative and Predictive Maintenance
This chapter provides recommended maintenance practices for PowerFlex®
755TS products and components for applications that demand the highest
levels of machine availability.

To help achieve the highest level of uptime, Rockwell Automation recommends
that you follow the maintenance schedule that is provided for your operating

An annual preventative maintenance program includes the following primary
tasks:

A visual inspection of all components accessible from the front of the
drive
•
Resistance checks on the power components
•
Power-supply voltage level checks
•
General cleaning and maintenance
•
Tightness checks on all accessible power connections
