Option 1 Sub Tab
The adjustable instrument parameters in the Option 1 Tab are:

OXY Alarm Pattern: The oxygen alarms can be set to Falling and Rising, Both
Alarms Falling, or Both Alarms Rising. If set to Falling and Rising (factory
setting), the first oxygen alarm will be a decreasing alarm and the second
oxygen alarm will be an increasing alarm. If set to Both Alarms Falling, both
oxygen alarms will be decreasing alarms. If set to Both Alarms Rising, both
oxygen alarms will be increasing alarms.

Cal Past Due Act: The Cal Past Due Act determines how the instrument will
react to a needed calibration during the start up sequence. If Cal Past Due Act is
set to Confirm to Cal (factory setting), the instrument will sound an alarm and the
user will have to press and release the POWER ENTER button to continue. If
set to Must Calibrate, the instrument cannot be used until a calibration has been
performed. If set to Notification Only, the instrument will display that a calibration
is due but will continue with the warm up sequence. See the GX-2012
Operator’s Manual or Gas Tracer Operator’s Manual for a description of the start
up sequence.

Cal Check Gas: The Cal Check Gas setting defines which sensors are used to
update the calibration reminder screen. If it is set to 4-GAS (factory setting), the
