Chapter 7. Setting Guide for each Configuration
If the ping test result is
Request timed out
, it indicates the connection is not normally completed. In such case,
check the followings:
1. Check if the LAN cable is correctly connected.
2. Check if the settings of PC’s IP address, subnet mask and default gateway were performed correctly.
3. After press the Reset switch of the WiComm-1 for five seconds, perform the ping test again.

If you press the Reset button for more than five seconds, the settings are initialized into the factory settings.
