For example, when measurement value is 10000,
p5 will be 1, because 1000 × 101
* When operating in maximum hold mode, returned
value corresponds to MAX HOLD value.
Same applies to peak hold mode.
When this command is received while there is no
display indication, output will be p1 to p4=0000.
