Serial Interface
Interface cables
Two types of optional cables are available from Rion for interfacing to external
equipment (cable length 2 m). Choose the correct type of cable according to
the equipment to be connected.
Important
Before making the connection, carefully check
the electrical interface characteristics and the
pin allocation at the connected equipment.
Even if the connector shape and type matches,
internal pin assignments or electrical characteris-
tics may be different.
Wrong connections can lead to malfunction and
damage to equipment.
Turn off the power to the KS-93 and the other
equipment before connecting the interface
cable.
