Organization of this manual
This manual describes the features and operation principles of the light-scattering
type in-line process counter sensor KS-93. For information regarding the operation of
other equipment in the case of incorporating the KS-93 into a measurement system
with other equipment, always make sure refer to the documentation of the other
equipment.
