Back Up
2. Click the “Backup/Restore” button from
the “Management Tasks” menu on the
“KL-04 - Start New Window” window.
The “KL-04 - Backup/Restore” window
appears.
3. Insert the tape cartridge into the tape drive located at the front of the unit.
4. Check either one of the following items, or both of them, then select an appropri-
ate backup fi le type.
All Operator’s Files:
Check this for backups of various parameters or various data fi les.
When not checked, only the measured data of the actual operator will
be backed up.
System Files:
Check this for backing up all of the system information fi les.
5. Click the “Backup to the Tape” button.
During the back-up, the access lamp on the tape drive at the front of the unit
fl ashes.
When the access lamp goes OFF, the backup is complete.
6. Check whether the access lamp is OFF, then remove the tape cartridge.
