Supply gas pressure check
- Press button 1,
, to turn off the boiler
- Unscrew the fixing screws (C) of the connections cover
- Take out the connections cover by pulling it towards you (A-B)
- Undo the fixing screws (D) of the shell.
- Move the housing base forwards and then upwards to unhook it
from the frame
- Lift the control panel and successively turn it forward
- Undo by two turns the screw of the pressure test point upstream
from the gas valve and connect the pressure gauge
- Power the boiler electrically by setting the main system switch to
“ON”

- Generate a heat demand via the ambient thermostat
- With the burner at maximum output, check that the gas pressure is
comprised between the minimum and rated power supply pressure
values indicated in the table
- Interrupt the heat demand
- Disconnect the pressure gauge and tighten the pressure test point
screw again upstream from the gas valve.

Combustion check
- Set the combustion analysis password.
- Insert the analyser probes in the prescribed positions on the air
box after removing the screws B and the cap C.
The flue gas analysis probe must be fully inserted as far as
possible.
- Tighten the analyser sealing screw in the flue gas analysis inlet
hole.
- The first display will show the number of rotations corresponding
to the maximum heating output, at which the boiler has been set
(see section "Adjustments" item P23). A subsequent rotation of the
encoder A turns on the boiler for the combustion control.
- Perform the combustion check.
- If the boiler needs to be calibrated, refer to section “Adjustments”.
- Remove the analyser probe and close the combustion analysis
inlet.
- Close the instrument panel and reassemble the cover in the re-
verse order compared to the disassembly description.
Even during the combustion analysis phase, the function that
switches the boiler off when the water temperature reaches the
maximum limit (about 90°C) remains enabled.
When the checks are completed:
- Press the
key to select the type of operation.
