Die Regelbereiche wurden an speziellen
Prüfkesseln entsprechend Norm EN 676 ermit-
telt.
In (A) sind Durchmesser und Länge der Prüf-
Brennkammer angegeben.
Beispiel:
 Leistung 1500 Mcal/h:
Durchmesser = 80 cm, Länge = 2,5 m.

GASDRUCK
Der Gasdruck in Abhängigkeit von der Brenner-
Höchstleistung kann den nebenstehenden Dia-
grammen entnommen werden. Die Kurven stellen
den Druckverlust des Flammkopfes dar. Kurven:

Will man die annähernde Höchstleistung des
arbeitenden Brenners bei Kenntnis des verwen-
deten Gases, des Gasdrucks am Meßanschluß
16)(A)S.10 und des Feuerraumdrucks ermitteln,
so braucht man nur vom Gasdruck den Feuer-
raum-Druck abziehen und im Diagramm des
entsprechenden Brenners nachzusehen.

Beispiel:
• Brenner GAS 3 P/M

• Erdgas Hu 10 kWh/Nm

Dies entspricht im Diagramm des Brenner- modells
GAS 3 P/M einer Höchstleistung von 270 kW.
Es handelt sich hierbei um einen annähernden
Wert. Der effektive Gasdurchsatz muß am Zäh-
ler ermittelt werden.

Will man hingegen den am Meßanschluß
16)(A)S.10 erforderlichen Gasdruck bei Kenntnis
der gewünschten Höchstleistung, mit welcher der
Brenner betrieben werden soll, der Gasart und
des Feuerraumüberdrucks ermitteln, so braucht
man nur den im nebenstehenden Diagramm auf-
geführten Gasdruck dem Feuerraum-überdruck
hinzuzuzählen. Beide Druckwerte beziehen sich
auf die Höchstleistung des Brenners.

Beispiel:
• Brenner GAS 3 P/M
• Gewünschte Höchstleistung: 270 kW

• Erdgas PCI 10 kWh/Nm

HINWEIS
Wenn das Gasversorgungsnetz es nicht gestattet,
den in den Diagrammen angegebenen Gasdruck
zu erhalten, so ist die Scheibe 2)(B)S.18 um wei-
tere 1-2 Markierungen zu öffnen.

: das Diagramm (C)S.18 gibt als optimalen

Einstellwert 4,5 Markierungen an und aus dem
nebenstehenden Diagramm geht hervor, daß
am Gasanschluß 16)(A)S.10 8 mbar Druck
benötigt wird. Ist dieser Druck nicht verfügbar,
so ist die Scheibe 2)(B)S.18 auf 5,5-6,5 Marki-
erungen zu stellen. Überprüfen Sie, ob die Ver-
brennung einwandfrei und frequenzfrei verläuft.

TEST BOILER (A)
The firing rates on page 12 were set in relation
to special test boilers, according to regulation
EN 676.
Figure (A) indicates the diameter and length of
the test combustion chamber.
Example: output 1500 Mcal/h: 
diameter = 80 cm; length = 2.5 m.

GAS PRESSURE
Gas pressure in relation to maximum burner
output is indicated by the curves to the side.
They represent the drop in pressure of the com-
bustion head. Curves:

If the approximate maximum output at which the
burner is operating must be known, record the
type of gas which was used, its pressure at test
point 16)(A)p.10 and the pressure in the com-
bustion chamber and then proceed as follows:
subtract combustion chamber pressure from
gas pressure and then refer to graph relating to
the considered burner.

This reading is an initial approximation. Effective
delivery should be read at the meter.

If instead the gas pressure required at test point
16)(A)p.10 must be known, set the maximum
output at which the burner is to operate, record
the type of gas used and chamber pressure and
then proceed as follows: add the pressure in the
combustion chamber to the pressure indicated
in graph to the side; both pressures correspond
to maximum burner output.

Check that combustion is satisfactory and free
of pulsations.

CHAUDIERE D'ESSAI (A)
Les plages de puissance de la page 12 ont été
établies sur des chaudières d'essai spéciales,
selon la norme EN 676.
Nous reportons sur fig. (A) le diamètre et la
longueur de la chambre de combustion d'essai.
Exemple: Puissance 1500 Mcal/h:

PRESSION DU GAZ
La pression du gaz en fonction de la puissance
maxi développée par le brûleur est  donnée par
les courbes ci-contre. Elles représentent la
perte de charge de la tête de combustion.

Si l'on veut connaître la puissance maxi approx-
imative à laquelle fonctionne le brûleur, connais-
sant le type de gaz employé, sa pression à la
prise 16)(A)p.10 et la pression de la chambre de
combustion étant connues, procéder comme suit:
soustraire la pression dans la chambre de com-
bustion de la pression du gaz et consulter le dia-
gramme relatif au modèle de brûleur considéré.

• Gaz naturel PCI 10 kWh/Nm

Cette valeur est une première valeur approxima-
tive. Le débit effectif doit être mesuré au compteur.

En revanche, si on désire connaître la pression
nécessaire à la prise 16)(A)p.10 lorsque l'on con-
naît la puissance maximum à laquelle fonction-
nera le brûleur, le type de gaz utilisé et la
pressurisation de la chambre, il suffit d'additionner
la pression indiquée par le diagramme ci-contre
(correspondant à la puissance maxi du brûleur) à
la pression de la chambre de combustion.

Exemple:
• Brûleur GAS 3 P/M
• Puissance maxi: 270 kW

• Gaz naturel PCI 10 kWh/Nm
