Rotate the purple knobs as shown below to remove any jammed paper.

Turn the TH handle to the LOCK position.
5.
In duplex printing, remove any jammed paper from the Paper Guide Tab. While
holding the Paper Guide Tab up, rotate each purple knob as shown below to
remove any jammed paper.
6.
Turn the TH Handle and the Fuser handle to the LOCK position.
7.
Close the Front Cover.
8.
Touch
on the OCP to clear any error messages.
