connected here (e.g., parallel, serial, LocalTalk, Ethernet).
IP.
Internet Protocol. This is layer 3 (network layer) protocol that contains addressing
information and some control information that allows packets to be routed.
ITU-TSS.
An international organization that develops communications standards.

LAN. Local Area Network.
LCD.
Liquid Crystal Display.
LED. Light Emitting Diode.
A semiconductor light source that emits visible light or
infrared radiation.

MAC. Media Access Control.
MBT. Multi-bypass Tray.
For automatic printing of small jobs or manual feeding of
single sheets (including bond, postcard, overheads, labels, and odd-sized print media).

NIC.
Network Interface Card.
