6.6.2. Removal of the Neutralizing Brush
Applicable jigs and tools:

Screwdriver, Jewel Screwdriver, Pliers.
[Disassembling Procedures]
1. Remove the Rear Cover.
(Refer to item 6.1.1 on page 6-1)
(Refer to item 6.1.1 on page 6-1)
3. Remove the Front Side Cover.
(Refer to item 6.1.2 on page 6-2)
4. Remove the Shift Unit.
(Refer to item 6.2.1 on page 6-4)
5. Remove the Paper Exit Opening Unit.
(Refer to item 6.4.1 on page 6-10)
6. Remove the Stacker Unit.
(Refer to item 6.6.1 on page 6-21)
7. Tear off the old Neutralizing Brush.

8. Stick the new Neutralizing Brush on so that it lines up with the marked line.

[Assembling Procedures]
1. Reinstall the Neutralizing Brush by reversing the procedure above.
CAUTION:
Be sure to turn OFF the MAIN AC POWER prior to performing the maintenance.
