Programming Fax Destinations and Folder
Destinations in the Address Book
You can program fax numbers, e-mail addresses, IP-Fax numbers, and folder
destinations using Address Book Management in the Administrator Tools menu
under System Settings. You can also register programmed fax numbers, e-mail
addresses, IP-Fax numbers, and folder destinations in a Group.

key to show the facsimile initial display after
changing the contents of the Address Book, the “Destination List/Device Set-
tings have been undated” message appears. Press

Exit

to bring up the fac-
simile's initial display.

You can register in the Address Book using Web Image Monitor or SmartDe-
